You can return products purchased from bebyso.com within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs). To be eligible, items must meet the following conditions:

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You may ship your return using the carrier of your choice. We recommend choosing a carrier that provides tracking information, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Only the product cost will be refunded; original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 business days of receiving your return. Please note that there may also be processing delays with your credit card provider.
If your purchase was made with a credit or debit card, the refund will be credited back to that account.
We stand behind the quality of our products! If you receive a damaged or defective product directly from Bebyso, you may return it for a full refund within 30 calendar days of receipt.
Please contact Customer Service at support@bebyso.com as soon as possible, and include photos of the damaged or defective item(s) in your email.
After 30 days from the date of shipment, we’ll gladly consider any items for return that are defective due to a manufacturing defect. Please contact Customer Service to discuss your situation.
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like to change an item, you’ll need to return it for a refund and then place a new order for your desired item.
This policy applies only to retail orders placed directly on our website, bebyso.com. If you purchased your product from other retailers, websites, or third parties, please contact them directly for their return policy. We cannot process returns for items purchased through other retailers.
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs using a carrier that provides tracking. Bebyso cannot generate return labels for international shipments.
