Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, even if you return an item.
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.

We ship via FedEx Ground, which usually delivers within 2-5 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier’s performance and availability.
To track your order and get an estimated delivery date, please refer to the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. We use a delivery service and that is the most accurate way to determine the date.

If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, Bebyso is not responsible for any damage, defects, or loss that occurs after the package is delivered to the forwarding company. Using a parcel forwarding company is at your own risk.
We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe were successfully delivered to a parcel forwarding company.
